The Brow Artist

Newcastle upon tyne

january 2021

This old office space has been wonderfully transformed into a working salon including, a waiting area, makeup stations, reception desk, and a clinic. There is new flooring fitted throughout the salon. Painting it in light and bright colours gave the space a clean and contemporary feel. Separating the clinic and waiting areas is a fully-glazed, half-frosted partition with a feature frosted strip. It allows light to flow between the two spaces while still affording the client privacy during procedures. Initially, there was no running water in that part of the building. To rectify this, there is a 12v pump with clean and wastewater bottles, alongside a fully working sink with a tap. There is also a kitchen area, which creates additional storage space.

3d design renders

We use lasers to take measurements of the venue so that a computer-aided design (CAD) plan can be generated. Then we either produce a mood board collaboratively with the client, by ourselves, or one can be supplied by the client. After that, a 3D model of the proposed venue can be created that can then be amended slightly by the client before we can start to bring the proposed works to life on site.
