Step into Pepo, Now El Guapo is nothing short of a revelation. Barnes Thompson, the visionary behind the design, orchestrated a metamorphosis that not only redefined the space but also elevated its ambiance to new heights.

Gone are the confining walls of the past; Pepo beckons with an open-plan layout that seamlessly blends the boundaries between spaces. Structural changes, including steel installations, have ushered in a sense of grandeur and spaciousness, while maintaining an intimate allure.

A full refit ensued, meticulously curated by Barnes Thompson. The bar itself stands as a centerpiece, a masterpiece of craftsmanship adorned with a bespoke terrazzo top, inviting patrons to indulge in the art of mixology. Custom furniture, from the upholstered fixed seating benches to the bespoke metal staircase linking Pepo to its sister venue, Horticulture, speaks of exclusivity and sophistication.

Lighting dances playfully throughout the venue, accentuating the mood and highlighting the bespoke art installations that dot the space. A state-of-the-art fire system ensures safety without compromising on style, while a robust security system offers peace of mind to guests and staff alike.

The heartbeat of Pepo pulses from its new commercial kitchen, where culinary delights are crafted with passion and precision. Meanwhile, a custom DJ booth sets the stage for unforgettable nights, providing a platform for music to intertwine seamlessly with the ambiance.

Every detail, down to the custom-tiled tables and flower installations, has been thoughtfully curated to evoke a sense of luxury and opulence. Pepo isn’t just a cocktail bar; it’s an experience, a testament to Barnes Thompson’s unwavering commitment to excellence and innovation in design.

3d design renders

We use lasers to take measurements of the venue so that a computer-aided design (CAD) plan can be generated. Then we either produce a mood board collaboratively with the client, by ourselves, or one can be supplied by the client. After that, a 3D model of the proposed venue can be created that can then be amended slightly by the client before we can start to bring the proposed works to life on site.
